My unlocking code doesn't work
So far, every unlocking code we've sent has been correct and worked in the end. Usually there was a mistake typing it in, or there was a problem with how the program was installed. So please try your unlocking code again - it should work!
If the code still doesn't work, try these tips:
- Make sure you are using the latest version of the program, downloaded from the namesuppressed website. (Other websites or CD-ROMs have copies that can be years old.) You can download the latest version of our Photoshop plugins from http://www.namesuppressed.com/design/downloads.shtml
- If you get an error that says "Your copy of (plugin name) appears to be damaged" or you get the error code SOFTEN-RG-O, then there's a problem with how the plugin was installed. Please read our tips for solving "the plugin is damaged" issues.
- Follow the unlocking code instructions step-by-step from the very start of the email. Even skipping something small might cause it not to work.
- If the unlocking code asks you to type some numbers, try pressing the Enter/Return key after typing each number.
- If you are installing a Photoshop plugin, try closing and restarting your graphics program (eg Photoshop).
- If you still can't get your code to work, please send us an email at support@namesuppressed.com. If you are getting an error message, please tell us the error (or send a screenshot of the error message). It also helps to tell us what version of Windows you are using.
