How to install Photoshop Plugins

After you download the filter plug-in, you will also need to install it into your Photoshop plug-ins folder. How to do this will depend on the format of the plug-in you've downloaded:

If it is an EXE file, you will need to double click on the file to run the installer program. During the installer, it will ask you to select your Photoshop plug-ins folder.
If it is a ZIP file, you will need to open it using a Zip program (such as Winzip), and copy the 8BF file across to your Photoshop plug-ins folder. You should also read the instructions in the Readme.txt file in the zip file, as you may need to install other files too.

To find your Photoshop plug-ins folder, you should refer to the manual that came with your graphics program. You might also find some other helpful instructions here:
