When will I receive my program / unlocking code?
As soon as our reseller processes your order, you should receive an email titled "Thanks For Your Purchase". Please read this email carefully - at the end of the email you will find instructions explaining how you can unlock the program to remove the nag screens and make all the features work.
Normally this email arrives within a few hours, sometimes it can take 1 or 2 days, but never longer than that. If you didn't receive such an email, please contact namesuppressed at support@namesuppressed.com and we'll do what we can to help. There can be a number of reasons why your email didn't arrive:
Check: Did you type your email address correctly?
Some customers mistype their email address when they place an order. When this happens, there's not much we can do - we have to wait for the customer to contact us from a working email address. Please check that the "From" address when you send your emails is setup correctly. If it isn't, we can't reply to your emails!
Check: Is the Email caught in your spam filters?
Some spam filters mistakenly label the Thanks For Your Payment email as spam. To prevent this, please whitelist *@kagi.com and *@plimus.com in your spam filters. While you're at it, you might also like to whitelist *@namesuppressed.com, just to be sure you receive support replies from us.
If you do have a spam filter, please check your spam folders for the "Thanks For Your Payment" email in case it's in there.
Another reason
Sometimes things just go wrong. Email isn't always 100% reliable. If you're still having problems, try sending us an email at support@namesuppressed.com from a friend's email account. Don't panic, we'll do what we can to help you.
