We really want you to be happy with everything you buy from us. We believe that if you're not completely happy, then we don't deserve your money. It's as simple as that.

30-Days Money Back Guarantee

If you have a problem with our software products (ie Windows Photoshop Plugins, Webscriber), we guarantee a refund 30 days after purchase.

Outside The 30 Day Refund Period?

If you're still not happy 30 days after purchase, please let us know! Refunds after 30 days remain at our discretion, but we really want you to be happy with your purchase, and we'll do what we can to help. We have occasionally issued refunds even after the 30 day time-period.

Service Payments

[Our policy on refunds for freelancing services is still being finalized, but for now our 30-day policy will also apply to services. But if you're unhappy with our services, we'd prefer that you talk to us first & give us a chance to make good with you... it's harder to refund large service payments.]

How Long Does A Refund Take?

We try to process refunds same day (or faster), but some banks are slower than others and it can take a few days to appear on your bank statement. If you're not seeing the refund after 3 business days, please let us know so we can follow up for you. The last thing anyone wants is a hassle getting their refund.
