When will I receive my program / unlocking code?

You should receive an email titled “Thanks For Your Purchase” within 2 hours of purchase. Please read this email carefully, it has instructions to unlock the program and make all the features work.

Occasionally it can take 24 hours to arrive, but never longer than that. If you didn't receive the email, please contact namesuppressed at support@namesuppressed.com and we'll do all we can to help. Some other things you can check:

Check: Is the Email caught in your spam filters?

If you do have a spam filter, please check your spam folders for the “Thanks For Your Payment” email in case it's in there.

Some spam filters mistakenly label the email as spam. To stop this happening again, please whitelist email from *@fastspring.com, *@kagi.com and *@plimus.com in your spam filters. And while you're there, please whitelist *@namesuppressed.com too, just to be sure you receive support replies from us!

Check: Did you type your email address correctly?

Sometimes customers make a typo when placing an order... it happens to the best of us! If you think that's happened to you, get in touch with us at support@namesuppressed.com so that we can update your email address and resend your unlocking code. Please check that the “From” address when you send emails is setup correctly. If it isn't, we can't reply to your emails!

Another reason

Sometimes things just go wrong. Email isn't always 100% reliable. If you're still having problems, try sending us an email at support@namesuppressed.com from a friend's email account. Don't panic, we'll do everything we can to help you.
